1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website is operated by Furry and Love Pets. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Furry and Love Pets.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We strive to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be accurate.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices shown include VAT when applicable.
4. SHIPPING
The estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.
5. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 15 days after receiving the product.
5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE
Refund (applies only in warranty cases and right of withdrawal):
Via bank transfer (savings account, checking account): processed approximately within fifteen business days after the product is received again at our warehouse.
Via payment reversal: fifteen business days after the product is received at our warehouse. This reversal is processed by your banking institution; any questions must be addressed directly to them.
Product exchange (subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges may only be made for products of equal or lower value than the original. Any price difference, if applicable, will be issued as a coupon for a future purchase in the online store. If inventory is not available for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be issued as a coupon for a future purchase.
Coupon for a future purchase (this coupon is valid for six months from the date of issuance).

5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The product must be returned in optimal condition, without signs of use, with the original tags, or if they have been removed, they must be included inside the packaging. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will verify its condition and, based on the results, a new product will be sent or a coupon for a future purchase will be issued.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will be used solely to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
