At Furry and Love Pets, we aim to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. We work with international suppliers, to fulfill and ship orders worldwide.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.


✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We accept refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was received
  • Order was lost in transit
  • Order was not delivered within the estimated delivery time

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear
  • Personalized or custom-made products

🚚 Returns & International Shipping

Due to international shipping logistics:

  • Customers are not required to return products to our supplier’s warehouse
  • In approved cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return
  • If the issue is caused by customer preference, return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

💰 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on the case, a partial refund, full refund, replacement, or store credit may be offered
